Tuva Hildebrand

benjamin lindh medin

Benjamin A. Lindh Medin (born 1989, Sweden) is a movement artist, teacher, and founder of The Listening Body. Raised between art and healing by a performer mother and a yoga-teaching father, he began practicing Ashtanga Yoga and urban dance at eight, later training in breaking, ballet, martial arts, and contemporary dance. After various injuries—and a deepening love for the natural world—he devoted himself to somatic and holistic practices, developing a more integrative approach to the body. For over a decade, Qi Gong and somatic practices have been central to his path, alongside meditation, contact improvisation and music. He has worked and toured internationally as both performer and teacher through collaborative projects and retreats and continues to explore the bridge between artistic work, ecology and holistic ways of living.
